A natural, non-alcoholic soft drink made with adaptogenic plants, pepper, spices, teas, and fruits, combining ingredients that bring sensations of ecstasy to the body and relaxation to the mind.
Ingredients: Cashew, lemon, raspberry, ginger, ginseng, jambu flower, miso, hibiscus flower, cinnamon, cloves, pink peppercorns, and green tea.
Lambe Lambe was created in 2020 as a natural, sparkling, fruity drink with great drinkability. The cans began to be distributed in bars and supermarkets, with very good acceptance. Then, in August 2021, Fermentaria do Mercado, Lambe Lambe's first bar, was inaugurated: a space for testing new flavors, with drinks on tap, which quickly became a hotspot in Belo Horizonte's Mercado Novo with its iconic neon sign that reads "Lambe Lambe". It's been 3 years since the brand opened and 2 years since the store opened, with over 500,000 liters sold, making MANY PEOPLE HAPPY! The initial idea for Lambe Lambe was inspired by American hard seltzers. However, we soon realized that the Brazilian palate was much more refined, natural, and authentic than that of the foreigners up north. The concept remained, but the recipe changed. Lambe Lambe is made with 3 main ingredients: LOTS OF REAL FRUIT, water, and yeast. Our drink is made using a unique fermentation process, with low sugar content but surprising flavor and effects.

In mine, not very long — because I can't help but drink it all right away. 😄 The canned alcoholic Lambe Lambe goes through pasteurization and has a total shelf life of 1 year. The draft version you try at our stores is as fresh as possible and kept refrigerated 100% of the time — it has a quality/freshness window of 3 months, though it never gets there (you all drink it before that). Lambe Lambe Zen, while also pasteurized, has a shorter optimal shelf life of 6 months.
What is the ideal temperature to drink Lambe Lambe? Easy: as cold as possible. Keep in mind that non-alcoholic drinks have a lower freezing point (around zero degrees Celsius), while alcoholic Lambe Lambe can freeze below minus 3 degrees.
